Lt. Joel Dorr is a nine-year veteran of the Dexter Police Department with previous experience with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, the Poplar PD and Butler County Sheriff's Department. Dorr attended TRCC, Central Missouri State University and Missouri State Highway Patrol Advanced Police Academy, and Accident Investigation training. He is also a radar instructor and attended MSHP Supervision School. He currently supervises six road officers and four dispatchers.
